As part of our partnership with Community Health Network we will once again be providing a joint physical night with Clark Pleasant Schools. This year it will be at Clark Pleasant Middle School Monday May 12 from 6-8pm. This is a cheap and convenient option to get your athletes physical for the 25-26 school year done. Any 5th grader looking to play sports at the middle school next MUST have a physical completed AFTER April 1, 2025 to be eligible to compete during the 25-26 school year. If you cannot make the event you will need to see your own doctor or schedule a visit at a clinic at your convince. There will NOT be an alternate date for this.
